Our Group Training Sessions are a wonderful way to bypass the cost of (1 on 1) Personal Training and yet, still achieve awesome results.  We have typically 3-8 participants at one time. This allows an energy of camaraderie and at the same time, leaves room for 1 on 1 attention when needed.  All participants receive the same nutritional guidance as the (1 on 1) clients.
