Our ROCHESTER HILLS BOOT CAMP PROGRAM consists of a myriad of different forms of exercise, all designed to make you lose weight, increase muscle tone, and feel amazing! The class is very fun and stimulating, because of the unorthodox and interesting moves that you will perform. We utilize yoga, martial arts, athletic conditioning, powerlifting, calisthenics, plyometrics, foam rolling, corrective stretching, and gymnastics. Often times, many of these are interwoven into one single workout experience. Regardless of the methods of choice for each workout, they are all going to challenge you, forcing your body to change very quickly to keep up the pace with the demands.
